Artwork

Original composition created using airbrush and alcohol ink, developed through a fluid visual language where structure, light, and transformation converge.

Artwork Description

The Last Spark captures a moment of inner tension — where something begins to shift, yet nothing is fully transformed.

Deep cobalt structures rise within the composition, holding a sense of control, of structure, of what once was. Against them, golden light emerges — not as an explosion, but as a persistence. A presence that refuses to disappear.

Through the precision of airbrush, form is built, defined, almost protected. Then the alcohol ink moves through it — fluid, unpredictable, dissolving boundaries and introducing a new rhythm.

The result is not a balance, but a dialogue.

Between control and release. Between shadow and emergence. Between the life that was… and the one that is beginning.

Rather than depicting a fixed scene, the work becomes a threshold — a space where transformation is possible, but not yet complete.

The Last Spark is the moment just before everything changes.

Artist Story

The Last Spark is rooted in something deeply personal.

There was a moment in my life when everything felt defined — structured, familiar, already written. And yet, something inside me refused to settle.

A spark.

It was not loud. It did not demand attention. But it stayed.

That spark became a turning point — the beginning of a quiet shift that led me away from my old life and toward a new path. Not through certainty, but through transformation.

Some parts of me resisted — like shadows protecting themselves from change. But the spark remained, guiding each step forward, even when nothing was clear.

In creating this piece, I returned to that moment.

The airbrush allowed me to shape the tension, to build the structure of that inner shift. Then the alcohol ink entered the process — fluid, unpredictable, alive — dissolving control, allowing transformation to happen rather than be forced.

Together, they created a dialogue between intention and surrender.

For me, The Last Spark is not just about light — it is about the moment when something within you chooses a new direction, and everything begins to change.
