The building appears suspended within its own radiance — a beacon of Croisette elegance emerging from nocturnal color.

Artist Story

I photographed the Martinez on the Croisette during a Riviera night when the building seemed less like structure and more like presence. Light expanded across its façade, and the surrounding night carried a quiet energy — a halo of atmosphere around the hotel.

From this moment, The Aura of the Martinez formed. Through my alcohol-ink language, architecture dissolved into illumination, cobalt deepened, and gold began to radiate outward like a living field.

The Aura of the Martinez is not a depiction of the hotel. It is its luminous presence on the Croisette — elegant, magnetic, and timeless.
